Phew - I was worried there might be some defense project cuts in terms of airplanes or ships ... certain CEO's might be very relieved now! GWOT, the Long War and Cold War II, all at the same time!
My friends, this will be costly!
On the counter side BBC this morning interviewed the Armenian foreign minister who said that we should all calm down, talk, and that the Caucasus is too small for two mutually exclusive defense alliances, and should better be kept neutral.
Then finally there is one thing I am curious about: what is up with England and Russia? They seem more anti-Russian than the yanks, while they happily give asylum to ogliarchs despite them - on very reasonable grounds - having amassed their fortune through theft and extortion? Is it because they are rich enough to buy them soccer clubs?
