Sounds like a plan. We can ethnically cleanse all the Jews from NYC and environs, ship them off to Israel and move as many people from Gaza and the West Bank into the abandoned living spaces as possible. This is an acceptable methods of establishing news states according to most Zionists here so this shouldn't be a problem.

Make the lower half of New York State the Palestinian homeland with NYC as its "eternal and undivided capitol." The Palestinians are descended form the the real, Biblical Jews anyway and according to the Book of Mormon, this whole country belongs to them by divine right.

I can see the recruitment posters for the new immigrants now: "Manhattan: A land Without People for a People Without Land." Has a nice ring to it.
